When your offer is accepted, we take action behind the scenes:

Underwriting is the final verification step lenders use to determine loan eligibility, from income and assets to property value.

Once underwriting issues the final approval a.k.a. “Clear to Close”, we finalize the numbers with the title company and schedule your closing.

You’ll sign your documents, confirm your funds, and walk away with the keys.
